Participation Fees:
In lieu of participation fees, teachers will be responsible for purchasing scores for their singers. You may decide to use budget money or collect money from caregivers to cover the cost, but each student must have their own original copy of each of the pieces.

Arrive, check in, get name tag for rehearsal at 9:00 am

Set up/Rehearsals start at 9:30 am

Breaks as needed until 12:00 pm (as per conductor request)

Lunch (bag lunch brought from home) 12:00-12:45 pm

Rehearse from 1:00-4:00 pm

4:00 pm - Dress Rehearsal

4:45 pm doors open & 5:30 pm Concert

What is concert dress?
Students can wear anything that is presentable as per your school dress policy for concerts. Some schools wear school t-shirts, polos, or white/black concert attire. Students will NOT have time to change for the concert, so they should arrive in their "concert attire."
